Les Pignons and La Petite Maison
“Les Pignons” dates back to the 1800’s. A beautiful honey stone farmhouse with a total area of 230m², it was originally the main house in the hamlet of Labattut. Sitting in 11 acres of fields, we have spent the last 4 years renovating the house and barns so that the buildings provides comfort, all year round. Enjoy long hot summers, when you can lounge in a cool shaded spot, and take a dip in the large swimming pool. In the colder winter months, you can sit in front of the log burner, passing time with a good book in the warmth of the main house.
The property sits within a central courtyard and driveway. Around the main house are a group of original stone buildings - the Long Barn, Games Barn, Tobacco Barn and the Piggery. These are all part of the original estate which is accessed via a 100m drive, making the property feel very private, despite a hamlet being close by. Les Pignons is ideal for large groups of friends and family where you can enjoy the spacious kitchen, a game of pool and a relaxing drink on the terrace. It also works perfectly for 2-3 families with children (or grandparents) as the bedrooms are in defined areas, where people can find their own space and privacy. Even on the busiest family holidays, we all need a little time to ourselves!
“La Petite Maison” is an attached cottage forming an entirely separate property with its own driveway, front door, garden space and swimming pool. It is not connected internally to the main house. This can be rented alongside “Les Pignons”, or individually. You can download a floorplan of the whole estate below.
