The Main House has 5 bedrooms. 2 Double ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor leading off the hall, and 3 bedrooms upstairs that share a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, the bedrooms are situated off a landing which runs the length of the house – one room has 3 single beds, ideal for children. The second is master double bedroom with antique statement bed, and the third, a small double. All the bedrooms have hanging space and drawers and are fully air conditioned so no matter how hot it gets you will enjoy a good nights sleep!
The barn opposite the main house is home to the two most recently added bedrooms. Both are large double rooms – and again, both are ensuite. See details of beds etc

Bedroom 2 – Main house, ground floor, double bed, bathroom ensuite - large free standing bath and his and hers basins.

The Kitchen is large and well appointed with plenty of space for groups to enjoy cooking together around the kitchen island, then sitting at the rectory table, and planning the days ahead. Or take your meal outside and enjoy the covered kitchen dining area. With outdoor sofas, this is a great place for an evening drink before dinner under the pergola.
The sitting room can be found alongside the kitchen offering a great open plan living space so that your group don’t feel disconnected and with plenty of board games and books to read, it’s not just TV that can be enjoyed here!
Stroll across the courtyard and you pass a games barn, equipped with a full size pool table, table tennis and table football.
Head through impressive barn doors and through the barn corridor , passing the stairs to bedroom 5 and 6, and you come to the large tiled swimming pool. With a 13 x 7m with a swimming lane and 2m deep end, this is a great place to spend the hot summer days! With an almost infinity like feel to It, the pool juts out into the meadow and the bucolic view beyond.
A large shaded terrace running the length of the long barn means you can sit outside, and not be too far from the pool should you wish to jump in, or paddle your feet to cool down! Another large dining area here under the shade gives you a pleasant alternative to the table found in the Kitchen Courtyard.
Finall,y a fridge in the Garden Store room is close at hand to cool your soft drinks and wine, should you find the short walk back to the house too far!
