Approached through the small hamlet of Labattut down a grassy lane, “La Petite Maison” is just that; A secret cottage tucked away, adjacent to a large house, but private and not overlooked. It has its own driveway, garden, lawns and swimming pool completely separate from “Les Pignons”. Walking through the honeysuckle covered archway, you reach the front door, which sits on a shaded vine covered terrace.

Grapes and Wisteria offer natural shade and a tranquil place to while away the hours. A selection of garden furniture and a beautiful private view over the Tobacco Barn and Hydrangea lawn lends this area to cool breakfasts, or evening drinks if you prefer not to sit under the poolside Pergola.

Entering the house, all your living is done in one large room. A well appointed small kitchen leads onto a comfy seating with plenty of sofa space for your family to watch TV on colder days.

A bright corridor leads to a shower room, WC and at the back of the cottage, a pretty bunk bed room. Suitable for smaller children and those up to the age of 16 or so - depending on their height, of course!

Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with a king size bed and small ensuite WC and wash basin.

This cottage offers a fabulous living space, with a pretty private garden and swimming pool to enjoy en famille!
